The prize money for the 2019 Madrid Open is set as €13 million which is an increment of around €1 million from the previous year. As of 6th May 2019 exchange rate, the USD equivalent of the prize money is around $14.5 million.

Prize Money for the 2019 Madrid Open Winners
The Madrid Open generally takes place in early May and goes on for a maximum of 10 days. The 2019 Madrid open is scheduled to take place from 4th of May to 12th May and the prize money for the tournament is fixed as €6.5 million.
Last year, Alexander Zverev is the winner in Men’s singles category. The winner of the 2019 Madrid Open singles competition will receive an amount of €1.2 million ($1.4 million), whereas the WTA singles competition winner will also take home the same amount.

How Much Is the Prize Money for the Runner?
The players who reach the finals will be paid €608,700, which is around ($681,253) as the prize money and each semifinalist will be receiving €312,215 in both ATP and WTA Singles category. Similarly, in the doubles category, the finalists of the ATP and WTA will take home an amount of €174,490 per team.
Players who reach the semi-final round in the doubles category will share an amount of €87,460. Apart from the finalists and semi-finalists, the players in the final eight (quarter-final) will be receiving €160,920 in the singles category, while prize money of €44,560 will be given to the doubles quarter-finalists.
