As freezing December is approaching its end, Santas are welcoming the New year with Jingle bells, this is the best time to know the UFC Champions of 2020 in all the UFC weight classes. The Categories like UFC Heavyweight, UFC Middleweight, UFC Welterweight, UFC Lightweight and UFC Featherweight are not having any alterations and possessing the same names as the Champions. As a result, many UFC Champions are remaining unbeaten. In the list, UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov was undefeated for nearly 3 years.

Amanda Nunes almost fought in all the women’s weight divisions, so she is having the ability to be a UFC Champion 2020 (women) on the whole.

UFC Heavyweight Champion – Stipe Miocic

The Knockout legend of the Heavyweight division Stipe Miocic won the title for the first time on May 14, 2016, by winning Fabricio Werdum in UFC 198. Later, he defended the title thrice until 2018, but on July 7, 2018, Daniel Cormier made history by defeating the Champion through first round Knockout and the belt occupied his hands. Again, in UFC 241, the header holds these two names again and Cormier was distorted by Miocic by 4th round Knockout.

His Professional record has 23 matches with 20 wins and 3 losses, 15 of his wins were coming in the way of Knockout. He is a man with good shape and huge power in his hands, his shape supports greatly to win the UFC Heavyweight Championship so earlier.

Jan Blachowicz entered the Octagon 2007 with huge dreams. His first fight was a defeat from Marcin Krysztofiak but he never left his UFC dreams and continued to fight. Out of his 35 matches, he lost 8 times, after converting the defeats into victories, now he became the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion in UFC 253.

In UFC 253, he defeated Dominick Reyes on Sept 27, 2020, throughout the game, Bachowicz dominated the Octagon. Overall, he is good at delivering the punches and the last two punches have made Reyes blood shredded and he claimed the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship.

The Nigerian born is not only an ultimate fighter but also a Kickboxer and a boxer. As a naive fighter, started his UFC career in 2012 and to this day his career is unbeaten. In a short span, he has become a UFC Middleweight Champion. Through his best striking skills, the title holds his hand so quickly.

He has played about 20 matches and 15 of them were the wins through Knockout. In UFC 236, against Kelvin Gastelum, his historic win presented him a UFC interim Middleweight Championship title for the first time. Later on, the Champion promoted his title to the unified UFC Middleweight Championship by winning Robert Whittaker. Until now, he is defending the title by 2 successes with Yoel Romero and Paulo Costa.

UFC Welterweight Champion – Kamaru Usman

Kamaru Usman is the current UFC Welterweight Champion and he entered the Octagon in 2012. He has an excellent undisputed Welterweight record with only one loss. His professional record holds 18 matches with 17 wins of them. His 7 wins were coming in the way of Knockout, 9 by decision and 1 through Submission.

Against Tyron Woodley on March 02, 2019, Usman won the UFC Welterweight Championship for the first time. After that, Usman surprised his fans by defending the title two times by defeating Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal. 

UFC Lightweight Champion – Khabib Nurmagomedov

Khabib is an outstanding fighter of his division and he is the current Lightweight Champion. He started his UFC Career in 2008 and never tasted defeat once. His unbeaten records and brilliant submitting skills gain huge fans for him. Like many fighters, Khabib does not win by Knockout always, he possesses mixed wins in all types.

Khabib has headlined the UFC fights for 4 times, on April 7, 2018, he got his UFC Lightweight Championship belt against Al Laquinta. Thereafter, three high-profile fighters including Mcgregor and Poirier became interested in the belt and fought against him but it became difficult to conquer. His last fight was in UFC 254 against Gaethjee for the same belt. But no one was able to defeat Khabib and the Champion retired as the UFC Lightweight Champion with a Professional record of 29-0.

In December 2019, the UFC Featherweight Championship title was claimed by Alexander Volkanovski by defeating Max Holloway in the bout of UFC 245. Again, he defended the title by winning the same Holloway again.

His record possesses 23 matches on the whole with 22 wins. He got 11 wins in the way of Knockout and 8 by Decision and 3 through Submission. As he entered the Octagon just in 2012, even this short time converted the Volkanovski into a Champion.

The UFC Bantamweight Champion is Petr Yan and he is only 27 years old. He started his UFC career in 2013 with a professional record of 15-1. He got Knockout and Decision wins of 7 each and 1 victory by Decision.

The UFC 251 surprised Yan with the Bantamweight title, the fight was against Jose Aldo, an excellent kicker and striker. Initially, the game was on the sides of Jose Aldo and made many leg kicks. But the luck was on the side of Yan when he won with the 5th round Knockout of Jose Aldo.

UFC Flyweight Champion – Deiveson Figueiredo

Figueiredo created a new history in the Flyweight category by headling the UFC event two times from the flyweight division. Figueiredo has an excellent record of 20-1-1 with only one loss. He won the Current UFC Flyweight title in February 2020 by defeating Joseph Benavidez.

Immediately, the Champion defended the title 3 times in the same year of 2020 against Joseph Benavidez, Alex Perez and Brandon Moreno. Against Moreno, it ended as a draw and he is a Champion who defended the belt 3 times in the year. By doing so, Deiveson conquered a lot of hearts among the UFC fans. He is a wonderful submitter and the skills got him the UFC Lightweight Championship belt.

UFC Women Featherweight and Bantamweight Champion – Amanda Nunes

Amanda is the only woman who is holding the UFC titles in the two divisions at the same time. She is a Brazilian professional and with a very good UFC record. In UFC 200 against Miesha Tate, in July 2016, Amanda won the UFC women Bantamweight Championship.

In UFC 232 against Cris Cyborg in December 2018, she won the UFC women Featherweight Championship. Most of her wins were coming in the way of Knockout with the record of 20-4. Finally, her last fight was against Felicia Spencer in UFC 250, and Amanda won by Decision.

UFC women Flyweight Champion – Valentina Shevchenko

Earlier, Shevchenko started her UFC career in the year 2003, also, is the current UFC women Flyweight Champion. She won the title in 2018 against Joanna Jedrzejczyk after a successful UFC career. She is undefeated till now and never left the title once. Then November 2018 fight in UFC 255 against Jennifer Maia is her last fight of defending the title.

UFC Women Strawweight Champion – Zhang Weili

The Chinese Zhang Weili is the current UFC women Strawweight Champion. She possesses a wonderful UFC record of 21-1 with only one career loss. In UFC Fight Night of August 31st, 2019, Weili defeated Jessica Andrade by the Technical Knockout to win the title. After that bout, Weili defended the title in March 2020 by winning Joanna Jedrzejczyk through the Split Decision.
